Martin had always struggled with preparing for examinations.  He wanted to complete his professional exams so that he could move his career forward.  Mandy and Martin worked together on his learning strategy. Martin gained the motivation to sit those seemingly elusive accountancy examinations – and passed.

Marc wanted to look at building longer term life and business plans around his passion of painting.  Working together on his confidence to bring out the entrepreneur in Marc, he gained the confidence to exhibit his paintings and build a life and business plan for the future.

Lucy was pretty fed up with her life.  During the sessions she had a real light bulb moment about her life and career.  The seemingly subtle change allowed Lucy to improve her key relationships. She moved to the house she wanted, gained the confidence to learn to drive and started working on her jewellery business – something she had a passion for since being a child.

Rob - Since leaving the army Rob felt stuck in his career.  He felt he had a number of decisions to make, yet seemed unable to move forward.  Working with Mandy helped Rob gain clarity and focus in his life – he got a completely new role in his organisation and as a bonus a bigger pay packet.

Steve was the CEO of a newly formed organisation, that had it’s roots in the public sector. Steve wanted to create something quite different to achieve his ambitious objectives.  Mandy and Steve worked together to create his Blueprint.  Mandy and her team of associates then designed the transition work to create the culture – something very different from it’s public sector origins - and embed the skills and behaviours that Steve needed to succeed.  In the first year of operation the business had over achieved on it’s targets and had developed revenue streams to sustain it’s future.

An executive officer in a market leading financial services organisation needed his team of change managers to take more of a lead in large change initiatives.  He wanted sustainable behavioural changes and behavioural flexibility to meet the challenges of the role and provide greater business benefit through higher performance.  All this against a backdrop of organisational restructuring that could potentially put them ‘at risk’.  Mandy designed and delivered a coaching programme over a six month period. The transition was challenging for some of the staff – letting go of their old behaviours.  The outcomes were achieved, with some of benefits recognised even before the programme completed.
