What is a Transitions Coach?

image of a forestIn most definitions of coaching the journey is led by the client – the role of the coach is non-directive. NLP coaching is slightly different – yes, the client completely controls the outcome – however it is role of the practitioner to set the direction to the outcome, utilising the NLP toolbox.

When coaching in business, there is yet another dimension – not only are we dealing with individuals, we are dealing with groups who are required to work together to achieve a common outcome. Mandy subscribes to the definition given by David Taylor, author of “The Naked Coach”:

“Business Coaching is any and every intervention that enables people, teams and organisations to be their very best”

Following this principle, Mandy’s work combines her skills and experience of being a management development trainer, a change manager and an NLP Coach.

Mandy is very results focused. When agreeing to work together there needs to be clear identifiable outcomes and, more importantly, how you as a client can evidence the results.
